About

"The beatings will continue until morale improves." This wasn't a great management philosophy when Captain Bligh instituted it on the HMS Bounty in the 1700's. So why do we see the same basic concept still exist in businesses, government agencies, and even non-profits today?

In this podcast, organizational culture experts Simon Bray and Matthew Leader talk to people from all walks of life to learn about their jobs and figure out why they work, how they work and what makes them great (we assume) at it. Listen in (or taste the lash)!

Matt Leader is a Principal at Vega Factor, where he focuses on helping organizations build high-performing cultures through the science of total motivation.
